Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your destination and customs processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees — weather, holidays and customs can cause delays.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders. The total you see at checkout is the final amount you pay — no hidden fees.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, a tracking number is added to your order. You can view it anytime on the Order Query page using the email address you used at checkout.

Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before paying. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately via WhatsApp — if the package has not shipped yet we can update it. Once shipped, address changes are no longer possible and we cannot be responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address.

Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the buyer's responsibility.
